As you develop new relationships and allow others to come into your life, you should feel comfortable expressing what is important to you. Maybe for you, a new friendship or relationship does not require daily conversations. This is important for you to keep in perspective. Others may feel that daily interactions are imperative for friendship. If this is not a priority for you, do not let others force this concept upon you. It is an easy trap to fall into if you let others cross your set boundaries. All relationships take compromise and work, but you cannot feel guilty if their desires do not match what you are able to offer. When compromise doesn’t work, don’t feel guilty when you have to let go.

Your Mental Wellness and Well-Being begins with time. First, you have to perceive time as a gift that belongs to you to manage and use appropriately. This is where the phrase time management arises and becomes a necessary approach in a successful life. You must manage your time and allocate it wisely. Who do you spend it with, what do you invest it in and how to you avoid wasting it? These are decisions that you must make and take responsibility in the process. If there’s no accountability, there’s not going to be progress in the areas you want to change. Time management allows you to advance. If we do not manage time we will get stuck. Time keeps moving and will pass you by while you remain in the same place. Are you allowing others to usurp your time and going down rabbit trails that will not allow you to reproduce in the earth? How are you multiplying your gift in the earth? Are you increasing your peace and productivity? Are you ready to progress? Take a look at your time today and become a planner and better manager of it.

The idea of waiting until the perfect time, starting over and over again because it wasn’t right the first time or doing nothing because your something may not be good enough keeps us at a standstill. Perfectionism is another form of procrastination.
I help my clients deal with their inner critic that pushes putting your goals off because they won’t work out right now or at all.
Our inner critic uses language that counteracts progress whether through perfectionism or notions of powerlessness.
Frustrate that voice by moving forward, initiating one step of an idea/goal today.
Declare this affirmation: I am confident in my ability to achieve my goals and my time is now.
Loving your life should be on your to-do list. What do you need to do to embrace that your life is a beautiful gift that you have the privilege of unwrapping each day? Here a few suggestions that will help you in this process:
The first thing to do is to be grateful. Take a deep breath and absorb everything that comes with this ability. How does it feel to inhale and exhale existence?
Secondly, look in the mirror and thank God for every experience you have had that has created the beautiful reflection staring back at you.
Lastly, choose joy. Joy is a choice. Decide to laugh, maybe even skip! Stop the sad saunter and look up! That is where you are headed, and loving your life will uplift you to your next level of appreciation for yourself. Every challenge will pull out your inner strength, each disappointment will drive you to expose your bouncebackability, and if there are betrayals, you will know how to be a better friend. Every problem is an opportunity to validate your victory mindset.
